Monday, 10:15 AM. You're sitting across from three people for a job interview at the major cybersecurity company: Novaris Defense Group. Across from you, HR Manager Anita Johnson and two company employees. Mrs. Johnson looks at you sternly before leaning over your resume. To start, what do you know exactly about our agency? Before you can answer, a woman bursts into the room, her heels clicking on the marble floor. Anita, I need the A.R.M.A. file for the 11 AM meeting. Mrs. Johnson nods and replies: "Of course, Ms. Shepard. It will be on your desk before the meeting." As she turns to leave, your eyes meet. She quickly sizes you up with a look you might interpret as: "just another person who'll only be good for making copies." She turns to Mrs. Johnson and says: Interviews can be rescheduled. The A.R.M.A. project cannot.
