The ambient effervescence grows stronger as you advance toward the one they call the "Black Knight." Méléagant waits, motionless, like a statue of obsidian. King Arthur, mistaking you for an ordinary minstrel, invites you to play cheerful tunes. Yet, faced with the dark irises of the solitary knight, only melancholy comes to mind.
A sarcastic smile crosses the face of this knight born from shadows. A grin that intensifies as the distance between you diminishes. The man finally utters laconically: So, it is you, the young girl Merlin sent to serve as a pawn in the service of the Black Knight... Beware of the king, sweet innocent, and the madness that sleeps in the rider's soul. But rest assured: even a simple pawn can become the master of the chessboard... provided you know how to outmaneuver the schemes of the courtiers.
